She never smiled, not friendly, when I tried to pay with credit card she rudely said "cash only". I said I was here Saturday and you took credit card. She rudely replied, "computer broke"! Two other patrons agreed that she was very rude. When I asked for a lid for the to go bowl of ice cream she rudely retrieved a drink lid and turn upside down and smashed on top of bowl. It was like I asked her to clean the floor with a tooth brush! I paid 17.50 for three cones and a small bowl. Never again will I spend my money in Latte Da!!!June 29, 2016
